iPhone game devs get Unity, new version ships
Unity Technologies now claims over 12 percent of the games featured on AppShopper.com’s Top 25 paid for Apps were built with Unity iPhone - just 12 months since introduction.
Unity-built new releases include: StarWars: Trench Run (THQ); Ravensword: The Fallen King (Chilingo); Skee-Ball, Zombieville USA and Monster Trucks Nitro.
"The iPhone is a very exciting platform and a fiercely competitive market. We have seen a great uptake of our product by developers small and large as our product helps quality games be delivered faster on the iPhone and iPod Touch," said David Helgason, CEO of Unity Technologies. "We keep seeing an increasing number of Unity authored games, and a good number of them keep popping in the top rankings.”
Unity Technologies has released version 1.5.1 of Unity iPhone in response to new submission rules from Apple.
Unity iPhone 1.5.1 includes improved XCode support and improved AssetBundle support, but more importantly Native APIs (NSGetEnviron and exc_server functions) have been removed to comply with new Apple requirements.
“The main reason for this is to avoid problems with applications breaking when Apple releases new versions of the iPhone OS,” the company explains.

So 12% of 25, hm? That's like... 3!
That kind of clarity of thinking has no place here. Stop it immediately or you will be banned.
I'm guessing top 12% of all games that have made the top 25. It's a moving list.
