Tony is leaving Apple and they are referring to the video when Steve Jobs says "lest remove Tony" and Tony is now leaving and they are saying that tats when you know you are going to be axed by Apple.

Steve Jobs can certainly hold a grudge, what a mean-spirited and spiteful person. Obviously, loutishness and technological vision are not mutually exclusive qualities.

If you listen to what he says about Tony Fidel he isn't removing him from his phone book altogether, he is in the favorites list and says I have to update this anyway, so I'll remove Tony and boom he is gone. Still funny but by no means was he commenting on removing him from the phone completely!
