Flickr user stellarolla posted some pictures from the latest Snow Leopard's control panel. It looks like Apple is going to have some easy geazy modes for ya'all working on a HDTV. What? These already exist in Leopard when you connect a TV? OK, nevermind - we thought they looked familiar.

Finally, some HDTV integration! Also, I Agree with comments in previous posts, The CAPTCHA here sucks!
Huzzah! Now I just need to hope you can force your Mac to use them.
This is for the DisplayPort output which will be the standard in all Macs
I have a Mac pro running Leopard connected to a Sharp 52" LCD HDTV, and have those options when I go to the display panel.
What is "Flicker?" Are you even trying anymore?
The humanity!!
God yes, I just hope they add the option to disable a connected monitor. I have to conect the TV everytime I want to use it, if not it is always activated. This in one thing Windows has always done better.
