Seinfeld upgrades Macs, George builds iPhone App (Video)
Seinfeld, the iconic show about nothing is back as a show-within-a-show on Curb your Enthusiasm this season. We last saw Jerry Seinfeld and Bill Gates co-host those strange Windows ads but it now appears he's gone completely over to the Apple side.
He's upgraded his Mac to a new iMac from the old Classic he used to use (wow, it has been awhile!). Update: That is an iPod Nano in the stereo dock as well (Thanks commenter)
In the office, he uses a MacBook Pro, natch.
And George got rich making iToilet, the iPhone app that used GPS to find the nearest clean toilet...before he lost it all to Madoff. Video Below.

made my day!
By Kramer's left elbow is that an ipod nano?
holy shit... i cant believe this made the headlines on your site!
i know how lame are the mac bois? well how about this....?
the show is produced by HBO, who infact is owned by time warner, now what would jobs say about that considering he is on the board of disney?
BTW i also use macs, but to constantly be blinded by what apple produces, and to always see the competition as a failure is astonishingly DUMB!
Um, the funny part is that Seinfeld was the star of some very high profile Microsoft commercials. Your Windows Media Center PC must have been applying new security patches over those months.
LIKE I SAID, IM A MAC USER MYSELF, SO NO NEED TO PUT ME IN THE WINDOWS CATEGORY ! ALL I WAS SAYING IS NOT TO KNOCK OTHER MANUFACTURERS OFF! IS IT THAT HARD TO UNDERSTAND?
I can believe this made the headlines, Product placement is very important in popular and influential shows like Seinfeld so it is quite prevelant that the show uses Apple products as opposed to other companies.
People follow their idols and copy what they do - although who would make an idol out of Jerry, George or Kramer is beyond me!!!
this was originally posted on cultofmac - I'll post what I posted there: "thanks for ruining the final episode for me! (we’re 2 weeks behind in the UK) – sheesh – don’t you understand the concept of adding warning spoilers!!!"
You need to be told that footage of an unaired episode in the UK that you've never seen may contain spoilers?
No - not footage but text. I didn't click the vid but now know probably one of the best punchlines of the episode, the name of George's app. It's common courtesy and good taste to warn about spoilers. However, the text used looked as though it was lifted verbatim from cultofmac anyway.
So much about integrity...
"Yes, Mr. Bill Microsoft Gates, I CAN make funny adverts and it will cost you millions."
Well, those ads sucked, if I were MS, I would want some of my money back. No association with any Apple computer will redeem Seinfeld. People should understand that purchasing a particular brand of computer doesn't make the cool. What matters is what you create with a computer, which, essentially is a tool. So is Seinfeld.
For a moment there I thought you where so obsessed, you needed to post that 5 times.
hahahahahahahahahahaahahhahahahahahaahah,
