Quicktime 7.6.2 , iTunes 8.2 now ready for download

We've known about iTunes 8.2 (actually if you had the 8.2 pre-release, you aren't even prompted for an update) for some time.  Quicktime 7.6.2 rounds out the update. yada..

Interesting... my iPod Touch 1G won't sync w/iTunes now unless I type in my passcode first. iTunes gives a warning saying I have to do that before I sync. Some tighter security measures put in place in case your iPhone or iPT gets stolen.

Oh man, I just bought iTunes for 50 bucks now I have to buy the update for $20 this is just typical Apple Bullcrap you pay for something and then you have to buy it agian. There goes $70 out the window, thanks Apple thank you so very much

Sorry, but I couldn't help it, even if it is off-topic.

These multiple posts with the same message all over make forums harder (much harder) to enjoy. And some are really useless, worthless and don't add anything to the discussion (50 bucks for iTunes???).
Just wish some moderators would cancel these comments. It would be greatly appreciated.
