Man, I just can't believe that being the boss of Apple could be stressful. I mean, it's like being at the Apple Store all the time... and if you wish there were a new product, whump... there it is!

He does live in California; maybe he should try smoking some pot and relaxing to some Bob Dylan or Beatles. That would at least get him to eat more. Hopefully he's on some sort of multi-vitamin. Hopefully they can get him eating foods that are easy to absorb. He's vegetarian, so I'm sure he already eats pretty well. Maybe something with a little more fat in it. Maybe guacamole. That has healthy fat in it. Spinach and broccoli are awesome for fiber and vitamins. Yogurt has protein.  Fish has a lot of Omega-3's in it which are really good for your body. (not sure if he eats fish) I really hope he gets better... I'm also disturbed by our fascination with his digestive process. When Steve poops well, AAPL stock will go up. If not, it will go down. Just buy him this toilet (http://www.cnn.com/2005/TECH/06/28/spark.toilet/index.html) and hook it up to an automatic twitter feed and watch the stock bounce up and down every time he flushes.

Are you serious that someone with more then a billion Dollars on his account will need some advice of a comment area on how to gain weight? Do you really believe if it's about eating more or the right stuff we would ever hear about it as a problem. Do you really believe he would stay out of business for a while and danger Apple Inc. for gaining some weight? I doubt he'll be back in his CEO chair. They just didn't want to put the news out in a hard way to not crash the stock totally. People, they stopped the raiding - HELLO?

I'm tired of people assuming to be Nostradamus. The signs aren't positive but relaxation and a balanced meal should help increase weight. Otherwise the demise of Apples no.1 man are numbered, but not the company. I'd just like to point out that if the stress and sickness is derived from S.J. working hard to makes both mac faithful and future switchers proud, it is the high expectations of our technology greed that have pushed S.J. to work feverishly. In his college speech not long ago he talks about life and what he would hope to accomplish with it. I'd say he wrote his own obituary.

Folks, I'm sure we'll read stocks, gossip, tabloids, news broadcast, radio bloggers for the following months. 1 of 2 things may happen. Jobs comes back or he didn't make it. If you're worried about your stock feel sorry for you. If you're worried about an individual's health we can only pray, or let nature take its course.

Hope this dot in life is one we can look back and know we didn't smear an individual for personal greed, fortune or technological advancement. You all be safe and healthy.

I am not sure why people are so worried and paranoid about Steve's health. Leave that guy alone. All we use is the product that comes from Apple. If its not Steve, there is always somebody else. Do people buy Apple product because Steve is the CEO or is it because the product they roll out is good.

While I generally think that spelling is just a tyranny of the English teachers, it still doesn't look very good to misspell words: Absorption is what you mean in your headline. Absorbtion is not a word (though absorb is).
