As usual, it doesn't stream with QTX. Anyone know how to use QT7 as the default target for streaming, short of removing QTX?
Right click one of the links off the Keynote page "Download linked file as". This will save a quicktime file in your download folder. Drag the icon over QT7 on your dock. Voila!
No Flash... So how are we supposed to watch porn on this thing?
I recently heard that Adobe just got Flash running on iPhone OS!
The recent demo wasn't 100% successful, but it did prove that Flash could run on the device. At idle, Flash for iPhone only consumes 83% of available CPU resources, a great leap forward for Flash efficiency. The hope is they can get this down to 80% resource consumption, and even lower when the iPhone battery is removed.
Sadly, during the 10 minute demo, the iPhone was compromised 33 times by script kiddies, the battery ran out of juice, and the iPhone's plastic case got all squishy due to the heat. This is all due to the extreme multi-media power of FLASH!
This version will be made available as soon as Apple says its OK.

Bloody Quicktime videos. Why cant they just let u download it and watch it rather than streaming? It keeps locking up and poor picture quality. Anyone got a link to download the keynote rather than getting frustrated not being able to watch it?
If they insist on streaming over Quicktime why do they not make sure they have sufficient band width to meet the demand ffs!!
Not only that, you CANNOT watch it on an iPhone! BTW-the 9to5mac stream was totally awesome and I don't mean that sarcastically--it was like I snuck into the room and hid in Seth's computer bag! And frankly it was just as good quality as some of Apple's own MacWorld streams of years past.
Seth's video was as good as Apple's own videos produced in years past. But only if you're perpetually high on acid and managed to catch a glimpse of all the flying unicorns.
I can't watch it. I have been trying since last night. I have QT7.6, so I don't know what it is the problem.
