Lady Gaga has worked with iOKI to launch the app, which lets fans sing along with her hits. The software will be introduced along with her new album, ‘The Fame Monster’ on November 23.
iOKI is also launching an app of its own, which uses the master recordings (legally obtained) from labels of various bands as backing for these mobile karaoke sessions. Users of this app will be able to share their chanting with others online.
The Gaga version will cost $4.99 and include five songs. Users of either app will also be able to purchase additional tracks from within the apps, with over 3,000 tracks from various artists, including Van Halen, available at launch.
Actually, that would be pretty cool. Especially if you could use it to remote-trigger other iPhone/iTouch owner's fart apps via bluetooth, or something.

Karaoke Anywhere v2.0 has over 30,000 songs, supports transferring existing files, has real backing tracks, and there's already a version in the App Store that you can download today.
It's not sponsored by Lady Gaga, but you can still sing like her!
