No, you can only do the entire library. It even says so in the iTunes Plus FAQ a few comments up. That's kinda weak, I think. You should just be able to hit the 'Buy Now' button and it figure out that you already own it and offer an upgrade option.

yeah...... maybe anyone who has the same exact playlist setup, the same number of unwatched Podcasts, the same number of Application updates, and the same exact song to upgrade! Anyone, huh....WOW!!!

The "Upgrade My Library" has been up for a couple months at least, it is nothing
new. Why it went down for awhile today, I have no idea. I have over 2000 iTune songs and none of them wanted to be upgraded to Plus when it went back up.
So much for "little hunches".
