All the fanboys are going to be disappointed. The 3G doesn't have a camera on the front for video chatting and won't do video with the built-in camera unless you buy a 3rd party app from the app store.

I don't think the New iPhone will have VIDEO CHAT for a few reasons ...

1. Two way video chat on an iPhone would mean an Camera mounted on the Front of the iPhone ... With a Small Screen to see yourself with in , to make sure that your centered ..

2. Two cameras wouldn't make sense at all , Coast would be too high for something like that ...

Now i do think VIDEO RECORDING will be inside the new iPhone and with the Updated Firmware as well ... Mean both the 3G iPhone and the Older iPhone will have a Recording Option ...

What's needed is a better camera , Maybe a 5MP Camera with a LIGHT on it for Flash and recording in the dark ...

Now what would be nice is if they added in iChat within the iPhone with an Option for your FRIENDS to VIDEO CHAT with you ... Receive Video of your friends , with would be cool for Phone calls from a PC or APPLE computer ... Skype , AIM or any other IM System that offers a video option would be cool ... Making the device more HANDS FREE ...
