When it rains it pours! 

Not much else to say
but if you have to unlock your iPhone (like us tomorrow) you now have like 10 less steps to do - Amazing work at http://www.freeiphoneunlock.com/unlock/

It is in Beta still and the coders are off to bed for some much deserved sleep.  Perhaps tomorrow it will be more stable - it looks good enough for us!

can you just get your phone to France without first regestering it on the apple website?

By the way, nice that you guys are in Paris for a change. I am in Amsterdam and Geneva. Often passing through Paris. Europe is great! Are you guys French?

1 American, one French in France. A few others in New York, London and California. You ca just buy an iPhone at the apple store or online and have it shipped within the US then have someone send it over
