Apple Trademarks Games - iGame?

UPDATE: Woops, Apple is hiring game developers.

Maybe that third Touch OSX device that was spied wasn't a 3G iPhone or a Tablet...maybe it was a gaming machine?  Apple, last week, filed a trademark in relation to:

“hand-held units for playing electronic games; hand-held units for playing video games; stand alone video game machines; electronic games other than those adapted for use with television receivers only; LCD game machines; electronic educational game machines; toys, namely battery-powered computer games”

Hints of an Apple gaming device have been around for awhile, but for Apple protect their name in relation to games means it is more a "when" rather than an "if".  Could when be February 26th?

I actually have that issue

I actually have that issue of that magazine that that picture came from...

well i could not imagine

well i could not imagine apple making a gaming device. Remember how long they had a game deficiency for. Anyways i could see nintendo teaming up with them. Like think they have relations with at&t, starbucks, ea games, and intel. Also look at the recent desighn changes to nintendos line. Look how appleish the ds light and the wii is. Also think about this, nintendo is due for a new handheld console this year. Think about how much benifet multitouch could add to gaming.

Apple should force on 3G

Apple should force on 3G Iphones instead of introducing another product. Europeans start getting upset about that whole iphone thing. You can by a 50€ 3G device here and if you buy an much more expensive iphone all you get is crappy edge which is not even supported by all carriers due to its slowness.
