These are supposed to some iPhone 3 video chat pictures.  Could be real, more likely fake.  We are intrigued by the location of the green light, as it varies from shot to shot.  Also, the second shot looks like an iPod.

Fake...

If you look closely at the first picture you will see that it almost looks like the iPhone has a silver border around it and not the black border like the iPhone 3 is rumored to have...

If you look at the second you will see that the border looks awful like the iPod Touch.

So therefore I think this is a fake :)

The second one is

The second one is demonstrating the front facing camera not the video chat so could it could be a iPod Touch with two cameras? The touch could quite easily have iChat over wifi and video skype.

..And if you look even closer

2727

..And if you look even closer you will see the led light moves from the center to the right and up a bit, also the users face is fully lit in a dark room, with only light source on one side, im afraid this is a picture of an iphone with a picture on it and a green dot added, fake...as they say

The camera light in the 2nd

The camera light in the 2nd picture is more on the right than in the 2 others.... Or maybe I'm mistaken by the movement and the blurriness

Obvious fake

2927

The second picture is a very very bad fake!

The first one was created by

The first one was created by someone on Macrumours forums to show how easy it was to fake this stuff. It was then picked up by an italian blog who posted it as real, and then subsequently picked up by Macrumours as 'suspicious'!

Now it's picked up by 9to5 mac.. and the cycle continues.

If I'd known it was that easy I'd have mocked up a few myself...

Sorry Fake.

Look, as the position of the green indicator light magically moves position in each picture!

Sorry, but they're fake. They're relatively good fakes, but still fakes.

he has photoshop open in the background -.-

The second photo is obviously

The second photo is obviously fake. Look at the position of his arm...
It is bent, yet on the screen it is straight.

DAMNIT!

well the different position

3020

well the different position of the green light could be explained like this: the one with the light on the center is the iphone video, the other is an ipod video. but i agree all in all looks fake.

Plus on the first one we

Plus on the first one we should see the camera on the screen, I mean the camera the picture was taken with... It should appear, however you just see the man's face

Give me 25 hours and I will

Give me 25 hours and I will tell you if it's fake!

iSight

2530

If you look closely it looks like it has a isight camera! That would be amazing quality on a portable device! Look closely at the green LED, that appears on the Mac's when the iSight is in use. It could be real... Most likely fake... Not Sure :S

The iSight camera is probably

The iSight camera is probably not better than the camera in the current iPhone... The shots are often better because steady...

first image fake

Not true

2527

i don't know if anyone

2820

i don't know if anyone notices, but the second image is just a first gen iPod touch.

My bet: They're both

2527

My bet: They're both real.

First one: iPhone with the previously revealed features.

The second is the improved iPod Touch with camera, making it the complete multimedia gadjet.

They differ with the ability to make calls via GSM/3g networks.

Look at the second picture.

2423

Look at the second picture. The guy is holding the iPhone with his left hand but in the picture on the phone's screen he is holding it with his right hand. Something doesn't seem right about that.

What?

Mirror image, dipshit...
Anyway, images clearly faked.
