The real question is why would someone buy it?
Tablet PC's are only interesting if you are a Doc or UPS driver.
Too big for your pocket.
Too much money when you could have a macbook.
So how would this be exciting?
Embed the iPhone app.
Someone calling you would come up on a screen like iChat.
Drop and drag files and reply to emails to whomever is calling.
You could tether your iPhone wirelessly.
That at least would be cool when most tablets completely suck.

it doesn't go with apple's other designs, and to me, its pretty ugly compared to apple's other products.
if apple were to do a touchscreen, i would imagine they do it closer to the iphone interface, rather than the regular osx format, cuz frankly, osx isn't really finger friendly.

Look at the power button on the lower right. No way Apple would put a ton of designing and engineering into this just to stick a push button on the front of it.

Also, the old style of dock connector(fatter) doesn't help the arguments.
