What do you guys think that Apple is? Some entity from outer space?
It's just a hardware company like all the rest of them, but with better design and a solid OS.
iPhone was a REVOLUTION. But new notebooks will only be an evolution of what we already know. The new notebooks will get the trackpad from MBA, and that is great. It's a GREAT trackpad. They will get a new generation LED screens, a smaller footprint/weight and follow the new design that was introduced with MBA.
But that's it! You do understand that don't you?
Of course there will be new CPUs and graphics cards, but we all know that. But no Hokus Pokus.
But that's fine. It's an excellent upgrade. Especially if they match it with new low prices. THAT might be the revolution....
I do follow these rumor sites, but I'm losing interest. There is no professionalism and main content is based on pubertal wet dreams.
I do see where your cynicism comes from, but hey, it gives us something to do while we wait for the revelation of the new apple products. However, I dont see it being that difficult to put in a glass trackpad but that's just me. Its not really "out of this world" technology.I guess we will all see this tuesday if the rumors were correct. Also, this comment was not meant to be abrasive as so many people feel inclined to be over the internet because of its anonymous nature. The only reason I would take a second look is, if you look at the bezel, it changes in width, getting larger as you move up the display. Its looks kind of like a very subtle clamshell. The bezel on the Air stays the same all the way around. Could the Macbook just look nearly identicle to the air and make this real?
