Apple would never allow someone to demo an unreleased product at a '5 star hotel' in some country, without mr jobs being present, especially in the presence of unlocked doors with someone like yourself being present.

I think this is one more classic example of an unreleased product that we know is coming, and right before the Keynote we get stories of people seeing it at parties, and then we even have poorly photoshopped mockups.
Lets face it with the 'spy pic'... when Steve Demos it for the public the first time, it will move you, you will fee the product will change your life, and make your life better. The design will be perfectly constructed, and the whole industry will once again study the perfection and try to catch up.
