I have ARD, but haven't looked into access my remote computers on the Internet. I'm in one state behind an Airport Express and would like to help my friends in other states via screen sharing. Can ARD do this if properly configured?

Also looking to get back into my network from Work and access my applications. Has anyone used Remote Desktop Connection from a PC to do this?
