iRecovery stick troubles iPhone users

Want a really good reason to make sure your iOS device is all suited and booted for use with Apple’s (now free) Find My (iPhone, iPad, iPod touch) system? Here’s one — a cunning piece of kit which will suck out all the data from inside your device so prying eyes can go through your contact details and anything else you have stashed on your smartphone.

Using SpyGadgets’ iRecovery Stick you can recover text messages, phone call history, internet history, contacts, pictures and graphics, calendar entries, map history, and much more — basically anything stashed in the iPhone’s memory.

You need to connect iRecovery to a Windows PC, then connect the iPhone. You run recovery software on the stick which strafes your iPhone to ‘recover’ your data. Takes around 20 mins per GB of data. The system costs $199.

Once the data recovery process is complete, you will be presented with all of the data in an easy-to-read table format that allows you to easily find whatever information you are looking for.

So make sure not to lose your phones, M’kay?
