Our MacBook Pro update sensors are on high alert and, with that in mind, we’re posting this screenshot which may mean that updates are indeed coming soon.
A Best Buy spy has forwarded us a screenshot of their inventory system that shows all current MacBook Pros in the system as “deleted”. Perhaps an update is coming sooner rather than later? The real question: Will they have 3G?
Here’s the email with the tip. If it has been posted other places like MacRumors forums and TUAW, it is just that, a tip.

Thanks for the pageviews tho. Here’s another one from some forum giving us fantastic traffic!:

Looks like this “teenage tipster” is whoring his tip all over town … i LOVE how you guys so easily throw around “stealing” and “give credit” B.S. Next thing, you’ll be accusing me of stealing your mom when she’s totally giving it up.
Lol! Well said!
I think the op of that MR thread also sent an email to 9to5Mac. I don’t think it was deliberate thievery.
keep the article just please remove the immature comments, no need to make snide remarks
This was first reported on MacRumours .. please just give them due credit, it’s not nice to play this way .. and certainly not a good way to gain page views.
This image was also posted on Macrumors forums but it was posted here before it hit macrumors’ front page. Look at twitter time if you need proof. TUAW also got the same tip.
does that justify being immature about it?
Credit for what? First post? It isn’t like there are journalists on the beat for this kind of story.
I only want 3G if its on Verizon. I don’t want to hear excuses that Verizon is leaving CDMA or that it’s more expensive. It’s just all that my company will pay for.
it’s the 15 inch model, what about 13″ and 17″ ??
Other Best Buy locations continue to be able to order new stocks of Apple notebooks, although an update to the company’s MacBook Pro… Free Movies
Strange error . anyway how much did you get for macbook, I just love the apple brand, and with my http://www.blairrewards.com royalty program I get tons of discounts at all their products.
